What is Pulse+ ?
Pulse+ is a digital companion that combines premium eLearning and industry-grade certifications with exclusive content and behind-the-scenes stories of brands and thought leaders who exemplify the true spirit of customer success.
What is the subscription fee for Pulse+?
$900 per year per person. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in purchasing team licenses at a discounted rate.
What is included in the subscription?
Pulse+ includes three core learning paths, 3 final exams, and 3 certificates (for a Certified Professional CSM, Advanced Certified Prof. CSM, and aspiring CS Leaders), plus hundreds of hours of optional CS thought leadership content. The CSM learning paths provide foundational training and professional development for a CSM and an Advanced CSM; while the CS Leader training helps accelerate skills for new team managers or aspiring Leaders. All of the content in Pulse+ is offered as self-paced on-demand elearning, with knowledge checks along the way to check for comprehension.
Can I just pay for a single certification?
Not at this time. The subscription is all-inclusive.
Does the subscription fee include all three certifications?
Is there an expiration date for Pulse+ certifications?
No, there’s no expiration date for any of the certifications.
Who is eligible to complete the Pulse+ certifications?
Anyone looking to start or accelerate their career in Customer Success.
How can I pay for the subscription? Can I pay in monthly installments?
Individuals can pay online using a credit card, or we can issue a purchase order for team license purchases. We do not offer a monthly payment plan at this time; all purchases are for 1 year and must be paid in full.
How can I renew the subscription?
For individuals, the subscription will renew automatically every year. However, we will email you in advance to remind you that you can cancel your subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the ‘My Profile’ section or email us at email@example.com.
Where should I get started?
We recommend starting with the CSM Level 1 training path. However, you may start at whatever level you feel is most appropriate.
When will I receive my Credly digital badge?
We issue Credly badges every week in bulk. You will receive your badge within one week after completing each certification. If it’s been more than 1 week since you earned a certification, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change/reset my password? What if I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account?
From the login page, click ‘Forgot Password’ and you will receive an email with a password reset link. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Which is the best browser to access Pulse+ content?
We recommend using the Chrome browser.
Why are videos on Pulse+ not loading/loading slowly for me?
We recommend clearing your browser cache and trying again.
Why are courses not showing as completed when I’ve gone through all the content?
Please note that you need to go through all the course videos and answer all the quiz questions correctly for the course to be marked as ‘Completed’. If you are still facing issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is the ‘Return to Activity’ pop-up not closing?
Please note that the pop-up with “Return to activity” message will appear when any course is open on another browser tab. Once you complete that open course, you will come back to this page and that pop-up will automatically close.
I’m a team manager. How can I see my team’s progress?
You can request ‘Restricted Admin Access’ by emailing us at email@example.com. Once we give you admin access, you would be able to access the reports and track your team’s progress.
How many times can I attempt an exam to earn a certification?
There is currently no limit to the number of attempts allowed. You may review the training as many times as necessary and retake the exams or portions of the exams.
Is there a time limit on the exams?
No, there is no time limit.
How can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?
You will receive a badge from Credly a week after you complete the certification(s). After you accept the badge, you can share it with one click on LinkedIn or any other social media platform.
How long does it take to complete each certification? Can I complete them in less than a year?
The course run times are listed here, but the actual time to complete a training path may vary depending on the individual user and whether they repeat any of the content. Most subscribers are able to complete the three core learning paths and certifications in under one year.
